Job Responsibilities:

 

 

• Provide professional advice and financial services to clients to fulfill their financial goes through a series of solution like Risk Management, Wealth Accumulation and Wealth Distribution. Financial services include Income Protection Scheme, Health Protection Plan, Education and Retirement Plan, Long Term Care Reserve  Fund Planning, Tax Planning, Estate Planning and Will Writting Services. 

For business we have corporate solutions like Executive Benefits Program, Director Benefits Program, Employee Retenttion Scheme or Business Continuity Program, Buy Sell Agreement and financial related services. Products range from Insurance plan, Saving plan, Unit Trusts to Will and Trust, Legal services, etc. 

 

Job Duties:

 

• Develop a base for long-term sources of clients through referrals, occupational, and interest groups to compile lists of prospects.
• Approach potential clients by utilizing mailings, social medial and phone solicitation; one to one consultation, making presentations to groups at company-sponsored gatherings; speaking publicly to community groups on the subject of financial well-being.
• Determines clients' particular needs and financial situations by scheduling needs analysis and fact finding;  ascertaining long-term financial goals.
• Develop a coordinated proposal by calculating and analysing clients’ needs and long-term strategy implementation.
• Obtains underwriting approval for the application.
• Delivering contract; planning future follow-up visits and evaluations of needs.
• Provide continuing service by regularly review client needs from time to time 
• Personal growth on professional knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhance reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Prospecting Skills, Ability to clear Short and Long Term Goals, Motivation for Dream, Provide solution to Customer Needs, Client Relationships, People Skills, Product Knowledge, General Math Skills, Organization, Dependability, Strong Sense of Appreciation and Entrepreneurship mindset.

 

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a strong working Ethic and Integrity. Determination to strive for excellence, Energetic, Passionate, Committed and Discipline with a strong sense of Gratitude will be added advantage.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma and above in any fields
• Candidates possesses SPM qualification could apply if you have working experience with more than 5 Years.
• Candidates without any experience can apply too, as training will be provided.
• Those who posses any experience in sales & marketing in Banking and Financial Services or related fields will have added advantage.
• Candidates with entrepreneur mindset or committed to live their dream are encourage to apply. 
• 
Those who have experience in self-employed businesses will have added advantage.
• Preferred Language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
