Network Administrators Responsibilities
Serves as an experienced technician, providing assistance and education to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
Assist technical staff and stakeholders with the installation, configuration, maintenance, support, and optimization of all technical infrastructures
Monitor and maintain enterprise systems such as email, logging, monitoring, and other systems to ensure reliability and availability
Maintains and secures the operation of these systems and plans for or accommodates their growth and expansion
Promote reducing the risk of system outages by reviewing and maintaining recovery plans
